📦 Return & A/S Policy

1. Pre-Installation Check
- Check all components immediately upon receipt
- Insert batteries and test before final installation
- Record a video and contact seller immediately if issues arise
- 90% of claims are due to installation errors (damaged wiring, bending, pin damage)

2. Return Policy
- Available within 30 days of receipt
- Conditions: Unused / Original condition / Tags & packaging intact / Proof of purchase required
- Process: Contact seller → Inspection → Refund if defective

3. Non-Returnable & Notes
- BLE, Wi-Fi, RF Card performance may vary depending on country/phone environment
- Remote control: 3 months free replacement, USD 30 after (incl. shipping)
- In case of malfunction of extra functions, only function fee refundable (main lock non-refundable)
- RF Card defect → Purchase locally/online (USD 3 refund available)

4. Warranty (2 years)
- Within 6 months: Seller covers round-trip shipping, replacement provided
- 6 months–1 year: Customer covers one-way shipping, seller covers return, repaired
- 1–2 years: Customer covers round-trip shipping, free repair
- Old lock must be kept for warranty service

5. Exclusions
- Customer negligence, external damage (video proof required)
