📌 Product Notice – KAISER PLUS GNK Digital Gate Lock

This product is designed for security gate doors in tropical climates, such as Singapore’s HDB gate doors.
It is a digital gate lock, and comes with a free remote control set.

✅ Easy to use and offers excellent security.

🔐 A. Emergency Manual Key

In emergencies where the lock cannot open due to battery failure or device malfunction,
you can unlock the door using the manual emergency key.

• Please hang the emergency key behind your main wooden door for quick access.
• Make sure to familiarize yourself with how to use it in advance.

📡 B. Remote Control Use

• A remote control is included with this product.
• Hang it behind the main wooden door so you can exit the house easily during an emergency.
• When going out, there's no need to use dual fingerprint authentication—just press the remote to open the gate.

🎛️ C. Registering Remote Controls

• You can register up to 3 remote controls.  
• There are three remote controls: one Wi-Fi box, one gate lock and main door lock simultaneous door opening function, and one remote control. 
If you use the remote control, you can register three remote controls. 

🌐 D. Wi-Fi Options (Choose One)

1. Phone Pass+ (Korean Bluetooth + Wi-Fi)
This Korean system offers high-level security and convenient smartphone features.

Main Functions:

Generate a temporary password

Check access records (entry log)

Unlock via smartphone app

• If you purchase the Wi-Fi bridge, you can unlock the door from a long distance using your phone.
• Note: When using this system, the Sync function (automatically unlocking the main door when the gate is opened) is not supported.

2. Ewelink Wi-Fi Box (China)
Uses the Ewelink app, commonly used in China.

Main Functions:

Unlock via smartphone

Compatible with multiple portable 433MHz remotes (like a car key)

If you want to monitor who enters or exits, simply install a door sensor (sold separately)

📌 Built-In Wi-Fi vs External Wi-Fi Note

Most Chinese smart locks have built-in Wi-Fi, which causes rapid battery drain, so they require rechargeable batteries.
Our product uses an external USB-type Wi-Fi module, so:

• Battery drain is significantly reduced
• You can conveniently use regular AA batteries

🔄 E. Sync with Main Door Lock

If you purchase together with a Kaiser Plus wooden main door lock,
you can activate the Sync Function – when the gate lock opens, the main door lock also unlocks automatically. 
However, the synchro module should be placed in the gate lock and there should be a receiver in the main door lock.

• Product Warranty:
Singapore:
1. All products are installed by our designated partner
It provides free as for one year.
However, three months after installation, a business trip fee will be charged when the driver visits.
2. If the customer installed it themselves, ask the partner for as. However, if it is the customer's wrong installation, as cost will be charged.
All countries other than Singapore:
It is guaranteed free of charge for one year. However, you have to disassemble the product and send it back to Korea. One-way shipping is on the customer's responsibility. If you send the product, we will repair it or ship it free of charge as a refurbished product.
