• 1 year ~ 2 years → Customer pays round-trip shipping, free repair provided

• Even if a new product is received, please keep the original unit for use during the warranty period.

📦 Return & After-Sales (A/S) Policy

1. Before Installation

• Check the contents immediately upon receipt

• Connect wires and insert batteries to test operation before installation

• 90% of customer claims occur due to installation issues (wire damage, bending, pin damage, etc.) → Please handle carefully

• If an issue is found, record a video and contact the seller immediately

2. Return Policy

• Eligible within 30 days of receipt

• Conditions: Same condition as received / Unused / Tags & original packaging intact / Receipt or proof of purchase required

• Procedure: Email kaiserplus.co@gmail.com → Product inspection → Refund issued if defect confirmed

3. Non-Returnable / Notes

• BLE / Wi-Fi Functions

  • Recognition may vary depending on country/phone environment → Refund possible at customer’s expense

  • However, BLE/Wi-Fi malfunction cannot be the sole reason for full lock return

• Remote Control

  • Considered consumable, 3-month free warranty

  • After 3 months → Replacement available for USD 30

  • Remote issues cannot justify full lock return

4. After-Sales Service (A/S)

• Within 3 months → Seller covers round-trip shipping → Repair or replacement unit

• 3 months ~ 1 year → Customer pays outbound shipping → Repair, seller covers return shipping

• Within 1 year, if lock cannot be opened → Replacement provided (except models with emergency key)

• 1 ~ 2 years → Customer pays round-trip shipping → Free repair provided

• Exclusions: Customer negligence or physical damage (video proof required for confirmation)
