• Within 3 months → Seller covers round-trip shipping, replacement provided

• 3 months ~ 1 year → Customer pays one-way shipping (to Korea), seller covers return shipping after repair

• 1 ~ 2 years → Customer pays round-trip shipping, free repair provided

• Keep the original lock even if a replacement is received, as it will be required during warranty service.

📦 Return & After-Sales (A/S) Policy

1. Before Installation

• Check product contents immediately upon receipt.

• Connect the wires and insert the batteries to test the operation before installation.

• 90% of claims are due to installation issues (wire damage, excessive bending, pin damage).

• If an issue is found, record a video and contact the seller immediately.

2. Return Policy

• Eligible within 30 days of receipt.

• Conditions: Same condition as received / Unused / Tags & packaging intact / Proof of purchase required.

• Procedure: Email kaiserplus.co@gmail.com → Inspection → Refund issued if defect confirmed.

3. Non-Returnable / Notes

• BLE / Wi-Fi

  • Performance may vary depending on the phone or the country's environment.

  • A refund is possible at the customer’s expense, but a BLE/Wi-Fi malfunction is not a valid reason for a full lock return.

• Remote Control

  • Warranty: 3 months free replacement.

  • After 3 months → Replacement available for USD 30.

  • Remote issues cannot justify a full lock return.

4. After-Sales Service (A/S)

• Within 3 months → Seller covers round-trip shipping → Repair or replacement.

• 3 months ~ 1 year → Customer pays outbound shipping → Repair, seller covers return.

• Within 1 year, if the lock cannot be opened, → Replacement provided (except models with emergency key).

• 1 ~ 2 years → Customer pays round-trip shipping → Free repair provided.

• Exclusions: Customer negligence or physical damage (video proof required).
