• Check the contents immediately upon receipt
• Insert batteries and test operation before installation
• 90% of customer claims occur due to installation issues (wire damage, bending, connector pin damage, etc.)
• If any problem is found, record a video and contact the seller immediately

Return Policy
• Eligible within 30 days of receipt
• Conditions: Same condition as received / Unused / Tags & packaging intact / Proof of purchase required
• Procedure: Email kaiserplus.co@gmail.com → Inspection → Refund if defect confirmed

Non-returnable / Notes
• BLE / Wi-Fi recognition may vary depending on country/phone environment → Refund possible at customer’s expense
• BLE/Wi-Fi malfunction alone cannot justify a full lock return
• Remote Control: Considered consumable, 3-month free warranty / After 3 months, replacement available for USD 30

After-Sales Service
• Original lock must be kept to ensure warranty availability
• In Singapore, obtain an A/S warranty certificate from our partner company upon installation
• Within 3 months → Free service
• 3 months ~ 1 year → On-site repair service fee (SGD 60) applies
• Within 1 year, if the lock cannot be opened → Replacement provided (except models with emergency key)
• 1 ~ 2 years → Customer pays round-trip shipping, free repair provided
